10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL REVYEWS’ AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO REVYEWS FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Revyews, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) arising out of or in any way connected with:
